The Advisory Board is made up of The Quest Co-Founders and specifically targeted individuals, with professional backgrounds important to the sustainability and growth of The Quest Collective.
The Advisory Board acts as a sounding board and provides strategic advice on the operations and growth of the organization.
Board Member responsibilities include:
- Taking a formal governance role for The Quest Collective with respect to the regulations governing CIC’s
- Serving as a trusted advisor to the co-founders as they expand and implement the work of The Quest Collective
- Scrutinising the performance of The Quest against its aims and objectives
- Ensuring there are systems in place which support the integrity and quality of the work being carried out by The Quest Collective
- Advising the Co-Founders on the basis of their specific knowledge, experience and area of expertise
- Acting as an ambassador for The Quest Collective
Board Members serve a two-year term and be eligible for re-appointment for one additional term. Meetings are held three times a year.
